To All Who Submitted Proposals:
On behalf of the City of Hodgenville, Kentucky and the Committee established to
Select a new outdoor sculpture for the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Celebration, we take this opportunity to thank all seventy-six artists who responded with proposals.
Copies of all proposals will be maintained in our archives as part of the history of this
particular Bicentennial project.
Due to this large response the Committee, in order to thoroughly review all the submissions, did extend its review and selection time frame.
Due to the outstanding concepts presented, the Committee also increased the
semi-finalists from three (3) to five (5).
